Being active can help us feel good inside and out - but sometimes it's hard to know where to start.
Our range of free courses can help you discover new ways to move, get you fitter and meet others who are doing the same too!
To get started, ask your GP to refer you.

Here are some of the things you can try:
QI gong - Like Thai Chi. Gentle slow movement, breath control and mindfulness. Great for de-stressing. On Zoom, Mondays at 10am
Wild Swimming - our instructor takes a group to rivers around Bristol and helps you to experience swimming in the wild. Proven to help reduce anxiety. Wetsuits and changing towels provided
Chatty Couch to 5k: a mixture of running and walking for people interested in running/jogging but don't feel confident or fit - we chat as much as we run!
SUP boarding: you sit, stand or kneel on what looks like a surf board and gently paddle down the river. Held on Bristol Harbourside
Mens' PT: Gentle, strengthening and conditioning workout in our studio, which can be adapted to all fitness levels. Great for men who want to start to get fit, or who would like to return to fitness.
