On 1 February 2020 Barton Hill Settlement and Wellspring Healthy Living Centre merged to become Wellspring Settlement. Our vision is to bring together all the strengths and skills of the two organisations to provide more for our local communities.
Wellspring Settlement enables our community to actively participate in positive, life-affirming activities. We offer a unique space for residents of Barton Hill and the wider area to celebrate, learn, create, develop, relax, socialise and play. From young people to the more mature; from new residents of our locality to those who have lived here all of their lives are all welcome.

How is Wellspring Settlement responding to the Black Lives Matter movement?
We have brought together a staff team to look at our new organisation, how we tackle racism, support and grow our Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff and encourage more opportunities for BAME engagement from our communities. We will be bringing forward actions to ensure we stay at the forefront of diversity, equality and inclusion practices.
We welcome contributions from local people so if you want to join us on this vital journey, please get in touch. Contact Paul Simpson Co-Director, email: paul.simpson@wsb.org.uk
