Photo Gallery - The Light House Opening

September 5th, 2003. 

After a year of work, the Light House is officially opened!

The building was opened by Hannah Lune, a local person who uses the Family Playcentre.  She won a competition to name the building.  She was joined by Bill Lochhead (Chair of  the Settlement), and Katie Lewis (from BBC's "Fame Academy").  After the opening ceremony, Katie entertained everyone with a selection of songs.
