On 1st June over 20 volunteers took part in a local walk, despite the rainy day. They walked from Barton Hill out to Royate Hill and were led by Sally Oldfield, the Local Nature Reserves Officer, from Bristol City Council, who gave a really informative talk about the wildlife in the area. Several volunteers said how much they enjoyed the walk and how amazed they were by how many interesting and beautiful things there were not far from their doorstep.
