There are many ways of getting involved with Barton Hill Settlement. For example:

• As a SERVICE USER - coming along to one of our events or using one of the services is how many people get started.
• As a VOLUNTEER - over 100 people are active volunteers at the Settlement, helping out in the lunch clubs, supporting our maintenance staff, tending the garden, etc. For the latest volunteer opportunities, please contact Maggie Reardon in the Community Work team.
• As a TRUSTEE - the Settlement is managed by the Board of Trustees, most of whom are local people. This is a great way to have a real say in the running of the organisation.
• As a member of STAFF - many of the staff have previously been service users or volunteers. When we have any vacancies, they are advertised on this website, and in the Evening Post.
