The Settlement has a new Volunteer Development Worker!
Hazel Stewart started on September 5th and will be working on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Her role is to work with projects at
Barton Hill Settlement and Community at Heart to ensure volunteers get the
support they need, as well as to match local people with volunteering
opportunities. So if you need volunteers for your project, or you would like
to get involved in community activities through volunteering, please get in
touch with Hazel at the Settlement on 954 8887. If you are a volunteer and
would like to be a part of the Volunteers’ Forum, please come along to the
Settlement on September 22nd at 1pm to find out more. |
