Course Description

The Workshop at Barton Hill Settlement and the Beacon Centre, City Academy will be running this small programme jointly, to give learners the experience of studying for more than the usual 2 hrs per week and at different venues – in preparation for studying at college or university.

This group of courses is available to anyone between 19 and 30 yrs, who has a commitment/interest in higher education. 

If, in the last year or two, you have taken one of:

·                 NOCN Community Development Level 3,

·                 NOCN Community Interpreting Level 3,

·                 OCN CAAAD Training (Drugs and Alcohol work) Level 3,

and you now successfully complete the following courses, you will be guaranteed an interview for a (relevant) Foundation Degree at City of Bristol College.
