Course Description

This is a qualification which provides a foundation in counselling skills for learners who may subsequently wish to continue training in counselling skills and, in particular, develop and apply these skills within professional helping relationships. This qualification will also enable the learner to progress onto Counselling Studies with the view of embarking on to a Diploma in Counselling course. It is strongly recommended that learners should have completed an Introductory Counselling course or have relevant experience. Learners will be required to attend 3 Saturday workshops throughout the course.
