Hepatitis Service at The CAAAD Project

How can I access this service?

You can access our services in a number of ways.

Assessment

However you reach us, you will be offered a hot drink and a chat to find out how we can help.

Everyone will be asked a few questions in a quiet room (so it is confidential).  If we cannot provide what you need, we will refer you to another agency that can.

Allocations

After our initial chat, we will tell you if we can help and what the next step will be.

We allocate a worker for each new client on Tuesday mornings.  If you have any problems with the worker you are allocated, then you do have a choice.  You may ask to change your worker at any time and this will not affect the service you are offered.

Complementary Therapies

All of our clients are offered Complementary Therapies. We run an open access ear acupuncture group at 3pm every day (Thursday 6pm).

Following assessment we may also offer Full Body Acupuncture and can make a referral for other therapies as available.  Herbs are also available following consultation.
